1. Scope of Service & Technical Nature
The utilities provided on LifeSimGrid (Custom Designs Pixel Studio, Mii Data Configurator, Tomodachi Voice Lab) are strictly technical aids engineered on open web standards. This platform does not distribute decryption cracks, interact with official game servers, bypass console firewalls, or host copyrighted game assets. All data matrix mapping and text-to-beep synthesis occur exclusively in your browser. To streamline your workflow, each studio automatically stores your recent action history (up to 20 local entries) inside your browser's IndexedDB, which remains entirely on your local machine.
2. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree to utilize this web utility suite solely for lawful, non-commercial, and creative purposes. You must not: (a) leverage these tools to generate or distribute pixel assets that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or maliciously disrupt the website's front-end scripts or CDN infrastructure; (c) deploy automated web scrapers or bots to overload page delivery; (d) misrepresent the true origin, author, or ownership of any generated data grids. Violation of these policies may result in automated IP-level access restrictions.
3. User Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
When using our interactive tracing grids or editing your custom Mii avatar files, you are solely responsible for complying with local regulations and respecting intellectual property laws. LifeSimGrid operates strictly as a neutral technical processing platform. We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your usage of processed pixel templates on external third-party platforms â including but not limited to device operational anomalies, game account suspensions, or community platform moderation disputes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademark Disclaimer
All original front-end assets, custom CSS layouts, and core utility source code developed for this project are distributed under the permissive open-source MIT License. LifeSimGrid is a strictly independent, unofficial third-party community development. Universal technical terminology and open format specifications (such as Mii FFL binary structures and game-specific matrix dimensions) refer to intellectual property held by their respective trademark owners. Mention of these specifications does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or representation by console manufacturers or game publishers.
5. Service Availability Disclaimer
This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted connection uptimes, bug-free components, or seamless rendering across all legacy browsers or operating systems. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or suspend any tool component at any time without prior notice. While static compilation on Cloudflare Pages guarantees advanced high-availability distribution, we issue no binding uptime warranties.
6. Service Termination
You may terminate your usage of LifeSimGrid at any moment simply by closing your active browser tab. Because we enforce a registration-free, zero-account architecture, there are no profiles or user databases to cancel. Your locally stored island rosters and studio history records can be fully and permanently wiped at any time using the built-in 'Clear All' panels or your standard browser configuration tools.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable open web protocols and standard legal frameworks, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any technical concerns or operational disputes arising from the usage of this website shall be directed toward good-faith community discussion and GitHub Issue resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
